STLM Basic app for iPhone and iPad

Steve Tshwete Local Municipality in Mpumalanga, South Africa has various online information servers that informs the community and service providers.
This application is divided into two sections.

The first section is open to all users of the application and the following information is available:
>A load shedding status icon to indicate the load shedding status of the current day as well as the load shedding schedule of that day when load shedding is active.
>Messages sent by the Municipality regarding service delivery in the municipal area.
>A telephone directory to contact municipal departments as well as emergency services.
>The latest request for quotations.
>The latest request for tenders.
>Media releases.
>Notices.
>Integrated Development Plan needs for the financial year.
>Municipal tariffs for the financial year.

The second section is designed for the community of Steve Tshwete Local Municipality and the following is available for them when they register and log in:
>Municipal accounts and history - you may also use your STLM-Online.co.za username and password to log in
>Prepaid electricity purchase history, the last 5 transactions.
>Self service electricity and water meter readings. This is to let the municipality know what your meter readings are if your meters are not accessible to the meter readers. It can also be used by the consumer to manage the amount of use of the utilities.
